The three directors, Deirdre, Rosaria and Margo, work very closely together, and use their specific expertise, experience and skills on the various tasks that emerge in the management of Education and Development Solutions. They also provide technical expertise when needed in their specialist areas.
The Directors are currently being supported by an Intern, Min Jung Kim, to co-ordinate their programmes. Additionally, she is currently teaching an online course titled Global Perspective: Teaching, Curriculum & Learning Environments. Before joining Boston College, Min Jung was a middle school mathematics teacher in Baltimore, Maryland, and Seoul, South Korea.
